Testing Programme Statistics

Drug Free Sport NZ's testing programme has been in effect since 1994/95.  In that year DFSNZ conducted a total of 644 tests, 580 tests government funded and 64 contract tests. In that 12 month period the number of anti-doping rule violations (ADRV) was 8. 

In 2009/10 year DFSNZ conducted 1343 tests, 1035 government funded and 308 contract tests. The number of ADRV's last year amounted to 8.  Government funded tests include both in competition and out of competition.
