Drug Free Sport NZ has implemented a new programme that is designed to compliment the outreach programme. We take photos at large sports events and allow attendees to visit our site and distribute links to photos of themselves and their friends for free.
The programme involves the following services:
- Drug Free Sport NZ staff attend event and take photos of friends, family, fans and athletes.
- Those who are photographed are given a "photocard" which directs them to our website - and also from time to time has an exclusive offer or promotion by a sponsor on the other side of the card.
- Visitors to the site can view images from the event and send links to the images to their friends.
- The photo pages feature information about banned substances, links to fun internet activities and occasionally surveys and questionnaires.
As is the case with our outreach programme, we attend national, international or regional events with this service. We can also work together with your sports organisation or school to help make events a success - and to promote the anti-doping message to visitors to the photo pages.
